We purchased an ex warranty for our washing machine we purchased. THAT HAS TO BE THE WORST WARRANTY. the first company they sent out never called and never showed up. So my wife had to take a second day off from work. So the next company could repair. I looked up that first company (Tech Pro Plus) and they have 1.2 stars, all for no call, no show. Why does Lowe's use this company still. This was just a terrible experience. next time I will buy my appliances from Best Buy as they have their own service department.

Lowes sent a delivery out but to a wrong house. That happens and I get it, they use a third party delivery service. The events that unfolded afterwards were extraordinarily upsetting. Passing the blame ,just nasty. CJ tried explaining that it's not thier fault. The customer service at this moment in time was seriously lacking.

BUYER BEWARE!! We bought a new dryer on Monday. The electrician installed a new breaker and receptacle for the dryer on Tuesday. We used the dryer for the first time on Wednesday morning. The dryer will not shut of with the timer and the clothes stay wet and cold. When I called Lowes Thursday at 7AM they said the purchase was over 48 hours old and was not their problem. They gave me a phone number for lowes appliances who then told me it is not their problem, they DO NOT stand behind appliances after 48 hours. They then gave me another number. I called it, same answer with another new number to call. They send you in circles, offer no support and do not stand behind their products. BUYER BEWARE!!

On June 19, 2026, I went into Lowe’s to purchase the industrial outdoor fan. The first thing that came out of Thomas' mouth was” It cost $339. I was like, OK, well, fine! I see the price on the fan. After paying for my fan. I asked him if he could help me take the fan outside. He told me, You can do it by yourself; it's not that heavy! “ You don’t need any help!” I asked if he was serious. He stated, “YES! You can do it yourself!” That’s when I requested to see his manager. The manager came out, and she and another male employee put the fan on the back of the truck. How was I supposed to load this fan by myself? I have a bad back from a car accident.
