Ok so Lowes in americus Georgia i had a absolute plumbing nightmare and brandy a very cute and super sweet girl saved the day in tru super hero fashion she is a very soft spoken black girl who was extremely well mannered and Lowes you don't pay that girl enough what ever you pay her is not enough I have delta with plumbing for years and was going crazy and this soft spoken sweetheart made me feel like it was my frist time ever dealing with plumbing I made sure to ask her name as I rushed off and she said BRANDY please at least contact her manager and have her manager tell her what a wonderful job she is doing ❤️

No problem with Lowe's just the people hired to deliver the items purchased. Washer and dryer left in the laundry room but not set up. I paid for installation but ended up installing the washer and dryer myself. Dryer wouldn't work as the delivery people connected the electrical plug incorrectly. I eventually had to take the cord off and install it correctly for the dryer to work.

Recently I went to Lowe’s Americus for help in selecting and purchasing a washing machine. I “found” an employee in the appliance department and asked for help. He pointed me in the general area of washing machines and then returned to the desk area and his conversation on his cell phone. I perused the machines and wrote down a few model numbers to research online. Without further word from associate I went home to do my research. I selected a machine and ordered it. Delivery scheduled for the date Lowe’s offered. Received an email saying between 7am and 5pm. I went to the store and spoke to an assistant manager explaining I had commitments in the afternoon and requested morning delivery. He said that was possible and he would work with delivery scheduler to make me the first delivery. I’ve now had communication from the delivery driver and I’m 8th on the list with a window of 1pm to 5pm. Doctor appointment has to be cancelled. It has not been a pleasant experience at all thus far. To add insult to injury they are charging me for items that said “included” in their holiday weekend promotion.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
