Not bad enough to stop me returning to Lowe's but really their people at this Alpharetta store need upgrading. I was looking for a 14x14 air filter and could not see one in the air filter aisle. The woman at the self checkout barely looked at me. Zero expression on her face. She tapped something on her phone as if to look for the item but another worker came by. "Not at this store" he said, literally not stopping to talk, certainly not to suggest some solution like ordering online. Then I wanted to buy black mulch. "Go to the garden section" said the expressionless woman. "There's no-one there" I replied. She just shrugged. I made my way to the self service desk where a more competent person rang up the cost of the mulch and sent me outside to pick it up. There was no-one to assist, so I just loaded the bags myself and drove off, no-one checking my receipt. If you want better customer service at your hardware store, I recommend Home Depot. The black mulch is cheaper there.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Lowe’s on Mansell Road.
My family and I went to the store specifically to purchase a DeWalt combo kit that was clearly displayed with a price tag of $199. We waited for over an hour while an employee searched the store trying to locate the item. After being unable to find it, he called the manager for assistance.
When the manager arrived, she informed us that the advertised $199 price was a “mistake” and that the actual price was $299. When we pointed out that the display and price tag were misleading and that customers rely on the prices posted in the store, the manager simply removed the price tag and stated that she could not sell the set for the advertised price.
The most frustrating part was not just the incorrect pricing, but the complete lack of accountability and customer service. We wasted more than an hour of our time based on a price that Lowe’s had displayed, only to be told it was an error after the fact. Instead of honoring the advertised price or offering any reasonable solution, the manager chose to remove the price tag and dismiss the issue.
Customers should be aware that the prices displayed in this store may not match what they are actually charged, and management may not stand behind their advertised promotions. Very disappointing experience, and not the level of service I would expect from Lowe’s.

After searching for a tub in two Lowe's we finally were able to find one that was not chipped. It has a lot of glue sticked to the surface though and we would like to give a lot of thanks to Trip who helped us with all the process. He was fast to remove a tub from top shelf and went above and beyond to find the best remover for the heavy sticked glue. He was also helping to remove the glue. It took time but he was very patient, nice and professional all the time. Trip thank you very much for your help!!!
