- TGTom Gil5 days ago1.0Avoid this specific location at all costs. Store Manager Chrissy and Regional Manager Vicky Williams (FL, GA, SC) will stonewall you if you receive defective merchandise. We purchased a $10,000 Sactional that physically could not sit flush due to a massive 3.1 cm structural gap caused by a 3mm hardware deviation. We handed the Avalon store the exact measurements, and instead of honoring the warranty, they initiated a 4-week delay. They sent two unbriefed retail workers to our home in street clothes, one of whom admitted on camera she saw this exact defect two years ago. To "fix" the issue, management secretly overnighted heavily scratched, scavenged floor models from a local backroom without our consent. Only 3 of the 9 used models even fit. Formal complaints are now active with the FTC, the Georgia Attorney General, and the BBB. Do not let this store trap you in their 60-day return window.
- RVRebecca VannMay 19, 20264.0Good couch however, when you pay several, several thousands of dollars for a couch I would think someone would deliver and set up your couch for you. That is not the case here. We had to set up our own couch, literally the entire thing. It took 4 hours. Very disappointing today to say the least. That should’ve at least been mentioned when we bought it from the store.
