  Angie was great!!! My wife and I are expecting our first child, and we were looking for the perfect chair for the nursery. Something comfortable enough for late night feedings, rocking a newborn back to sleep, and the occasional nap for exhausted parents. Angie helped us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured or like she was giving us a sales pitch. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and refreshingly honest. She listened to what we actually needed, answered our questions, and helped us compare options without trying to upsell us into something that didn’t make sense. We ended up with a swiveling, rocking, power reclining chair that is unbelievably comfortable. It’s easy to see this becoming one of those pieces of furniture that stays in the family for years. Right now it will be where we feed and rock our son, but I can already picture it being the chair where stories are read, movies are watched, and memories are made for decades to come. A great product is important, but great people make the experience. Angie was a huge part of why we chose La-Z-Boy, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. If you’re shopping for a recliner, nursery chair, or any other furniture, ask for Angie. She’s fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

  This has been the worst furniture buying experience I've ever experienced. We purchased a dining room table set from the store and were originally informed the additional warranty would cover pet damage. When we asked for it in writing later, we were told it wouldn't cover any pet damage. Then we were told they could hold the furniture while we closed on the house. We then get many messages saying we were going to get charged extra for storage fees via emails. When we finally had the truck deliver the table, it was damaged with scratches and corners of the chairs all scraped up. We canceled the whole order. Throughout, the store managers all had conflicting information and when we asked for information, they would consistently tell us we'll call you back but I never once received a call from them. With the thousands of dollars they are charging for furniture, you would think they would treat us with a base level of decency. I would take your business anywhere else.
