  Himalaya was great, and I highly recommend them. They were timely, thorough, and honest throughout the entire process. They didn’t try to sell us services we didn’t need, which I really appreciated. Kumar went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation, providing excellent guidance and outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  Himalaya Pest control is outstanding ! I was dumbfounded at the level of care, promptness and thoroughness Kumar showed me on a weekend on short notice. I was panic stricken about the strong possibility of bedbugs. He gave me in depth scientific information as well as a one on one inspection which identified accurately that I did not have bedbugs but had a carpet bug problem. He gave me information about what to do and a great referral to someone else for help. His honesty and caring approach were greatly appreciated. I have never had a better experience with a knowledgeable professional when it really counted. I highly recommend Himalaya Pest Control. I live in the Duluth area and met with him during this crises in May 2026.

  Bedbugs are not a welcome experience! But if you ever have them in your home Himalaya Pest Control is the company to call. We contacted Himalaya thru "Ask Dale" and they responded quickly. Kumar came to us in Monticello, Ga on Jan. 20, 2026 and did a thorough inspection to confirm our problem. We had already used 2 other companies to address the bedbug infestation; one national company and another business out of SC. Needless to say they took our money but didn't resolve the problem. Himalaya did a one-time heat treatment on March 20, 2026 and so far there has been no evidence of live bedbugs. Kumar has checked in with us on numerous times since the treatment. Kumar also returned to the house on April 24th to do a follow-up inspection. If you have the unfortunate experience of having bedbugs find your home don't waste your time calling any other pest service than Kumar Mehta and Himalaya Pest Control; the only bedbug service "Ask Dale" recommends. I want to add that Kumar worked with us through a family crisis with sympathy and respect; this is the reason for the time between the initial visit and the one-time treatment. Kumar is determined to be successful in solving our issue and I feel confident he will do what is necessary to do so. My only regret is that we didn't find Himalaya in the beginning. - JH

  Treated my parent’s house 3 times and never got rid of bed bugs. The dog inspection after the first two treatments missed an infested chair. Kumar promised to take the chair away after the 3rd treatment for “study” purposes but instead left the chair in an elderly person’s yard that was incapable of removing the chair. The chair sat in his yard for almost 3 months before we were able to arrange it’s removal (due COVID and infestation). Then blamed my high risk quarantined elderly step father of going somewhere to bring the bugs in again and refused to acknowledge that a nest may be somewhere the heat wasn’t reaching. Bugs are still extremely bad in his bedroom and Himalya wanted to charge us $2200 to treat again.

  One of the worst problems to deal with, but Kumar helped a lot with the process. Also delivered on everything he said. Came to do the treatment in August 2017 and did the treatment within the timeline he had told us. We haven't had any issues since. They even came back for a K9 inspection like they had told us they would. Would highly recommend going through his company if ever needed, even though I hope no one ever has to go through that.
