I’ve had a very positive experience dealing with Will at Extra Space Storage. From day one, he has always been kind, respectful, professional, and easy to talk to. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something, he treated me with courtesy and never made things difficult.
I recently moved my belongings to another Extra Space Storage location simply because it is more convenient for me, but I wanted to make sure I took the time to recognize Will before leaving this location.
Good customer service makes a difference, and Will has always treated me well. I truly appreciate that and would happily recommend this location based on my experience with him.

Went in to get a unit to move furniture into. Will was there to help and knew exactly what I needed. Was very friendly and pleasant. Called me because I put the lock on the wrong unit and was very cool about it. The unit was also very easy to access and in good shape. All in all great experiance.
