Great Experience at this ExtraSpace Storage facility!!
My sister's husband passed away and we had the arduous task of cleaning out his storage unit today. We knew this would be difficult. First, we had trouble finding the unit, so we headed to the office for help. This is where we met Jeanette P. She was absolutely wonderful! She was very kind and helpful! She went above and beyond. I have used this facility for over a year and will never go anywhere else! Five stars all the way for Jeanette at Extra Space Storage! I was in a bind and needed to change my storage unit at the absolute last minute. Jeanette was calm, incredibly helpful, and got me set up with the perfect space and made it so easy. She clearly explained all the access codes, billing, and security features. It is so rare to find customer service this good anymore. The property is very clean and easy to navigate, too.
