  I highly recommend this storage. The whole experience was great, great service, app that works for access, carts available, good A/C, very clean and plenty of space to park and unload a truck or car.

  The associates are always friendly and helpful. Dezi was pleasant, professional and resolved my request quickly I give her a 10+. I recommend the Aloma location to anyone.

  This place is really nice! It's new and clean inside, and the customer service has been excellent. Store Manager Dezirae went above and beyond to assist me with several matters. I rented two 10x10 units from her without any hassle. The covered loading dock is great and provides easy access to the elevators. You can enter the facility with the phone app or a code. I do wish there was another loading dock and elevator at the opposite end of the building, as it would make accessing distant units easier. Note that insurance is required when renting out a unit. You can buy from Extra Space Storage or inquire with your insurance company. The price of insurance is not included in the advertised price and may change over time.

  The manager Dezirae was extremely friendly and very insightful to all of my questions. She was very patient while I asked numerous questions and very accommodating. I’m very pleased with the customer service that I received while looking at units. I will definitely be doing business with this company. The facility is very well maintained, clean and organized. It is clean that the facility is under great management. I highly recommend anyone to do business with this company. 10 out of 10!!! I realize today I place my review on the wrong store I will be doing business at the Aloma location.

  I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent experience with ExtraSpace, particularly with respect to stored items and the security of the facility. Initially, my move-in was flawless; however, I soon noticed the presence of homeless individuals living in their units. This situation escalated as I realized they began breaking into units, resulting in over 40 incidents of unauthorized entry. Unfortunately, I became a victim of this alarming trend and lost hundreds of dollars worth of irreplaceable belongings due to theft. This has been a profoundly disappointing and distressing experience, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Given the severity of the situation, I felt it was necessary to vacate the premises. I would not feel comfortable recommending ExtraSpace to others under these circumstances. I urge you to take immediate action to enhance the security measures in place to protect both current and future tenants. And now I find out that the manager left the unit open that had keys, and the homeless guys were able to access those keys.
