  Easy process from start to finish. Facility is nice and unit clean and spacious. Setting up rental online was fast and very straightforward. Rates are clear and not confusing like other facilities. Location on Lee Road in Winter Park was very close to college for storing furniture and misc items over summer break. Really appreciate the size guides with pictures to give an idea on what fits in each unit, very helpful to visualize space needs. Highly recommend.

  Not only is there covered parking when unloading, but this place is incredibly clean. I like the motion-sensor lights as well. This place is awesome. We always had carts readily available near the door. Would highly recommend!!!

  What great customer service . I was working on a few things I needed to get into storage when I saw a new face come out the office . Aubree greeted me with a smile and asked me if everything was ok . I needed to get a larger storage unit and she helped me right away . No hesitation , excellent customer service. Aubree made sure I saw different sizes with ease . She explained everything about the process of transferring into a different unit and she got me into one quick . I was so happy to move my things over easily on the same level . Thank you so much Aubree . I am glad to see a smiling face that takes their job seriously and with excellent communication and service. We needed that at this Winterpark location ! :)

  Staff very helpful. The place It is very clean. The manager had the property in the right condition.
