From speaking with Aubrey initially, to meeting her and Ernice on moving day, Extra Space Storage were courteous, professional, friendly and accommodating. They answered my questions and were patient with some of my concerns. The storage facility is clean and felt like my valuables will be safe. I am happy with my choice of storage facility.

From the first Inquiry phone call with Alex to meeting the property manager, Aubrey, at the facility, the communication has been excellent and customer service extraordinary. The facility is new, clean and comfortable, easily accessed and secure. On every level that matters, this has been an extremely positive experience.

Hello we moved in on 6/6/26 and had an amazing experience with booking a small storage unit , the gentleman that assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful and walked us through the whole process and how to use the app for digital access. Also was very nice to get a follow up call a few days later from Aubrey the manager to see if we're all set . Definitely will be back again
