  I've lived in my home for more than 35 years and have had my oak tree trimmed by many different companies. I was super excited to finally get to use The Tree Lady Company because I had heard so many good things. I had other quotes that were significantly lower but I decided to use The Tree Lady Company. To say that I am disappointed is a huge understatement. While the crew was wonderful and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, a sentimental piece of yard art that a good friend of mine had made for me was broken. But that's not what I'm giving the 1 star for. I specifically asked for all the dead twigs to be removed because they are constantly falling out of the tree. I did not realize in the quote that they will only do 2 inches diameter or more so I misunderstood the job and I would have NEVER hired them if they were not going to do what I asked for. When I reviewed the tree with the owner, I specifically asked that all the loose branches/twigs be taken down so I assumed that's what would happen. Unfortunately I am left with all these dead twigs still in my tree. The response from the lady in the office was that it would be another $800 on top of what I already paid which was already much higher than my other quotes. So so so disappointed. Response to your response: no way shape or form did they move anything. I asked them if they would move it if they thought it would get damaged nothing was moved and yet my piece of yard work which was by the driveway and knocked the tree was broken. It took very little time to get the raccoons out of the tree so that is fairly insignificant to the amount of time that was spent on my property. MORE time was spent cutting the neighbor's tree because of the severe damage done by the lift when your crew could not navigate around the branch. I made it ABUNDANTLY clear that I wanted the deadwood cleared out and it made no sense to leave it there since your crew was in that part of the tree which is lower to the ground and easily accessible. We are not talking about trimming small branches, we are talking about removing DEAD wood. Why would any reputable company that cares about their customer satisfaction leave dead wood behind? This is sheer laziness and bad customer service. I do not accept your response and will continue to be disappointed while you attempt to put the burden on me. It might have taken an additional 10-15 minutes to clear out the deadwood. I do not have the means to reach it myself or I would have and that was why I hired you. Poor choice on my behalf.

  Wish I could have given a better review Danielle is a very sweet and kind woman truly a bundle of joy sent from the good Lord himself karen on the other hand not so much needs better communication and emotional management skills the employees are good group of guys accept one older truck driver he's kind of a all for one crew member all for himself lol

  I reached out to The Tree Lady Company through their website. The Office Manager, Danielle, was quick to respond and we discussed my desire to have Kim out to evaluate the tree(s) health on my property. On the day Kim was to come out, Danielle called me prior to her scheduled time and said that her previous consult was going to prevent her from arriving on time. I told Danielle to tell Kim to take her time and that I was at home and could wait. I appreciated the call from Danielle! Kim arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional! Kim shared with my wife and I how trees survive, thrive and sometimes die due to both natural causes as well as amateur tree gardeners who just cut & carve tree limbs without having the proper knowledge of how trees thrive! She was easy to understand and relatable in her explanations. She looked at most of my trees and we discussed what our options were. She emailed me a copy of an estimate for what we discussed. I would highly recommend the Tree Lady for anyone who wants to consult with a Certified Arborist. Knowledge is power!
