  *** Willing to delete this and/or change rating to be fair if tech actually shows up this afternoon like they said yesterday. **** If I could leave a 0 out of 5 I would. Absolutely ridiculous the way they do business. Have had a business account with them for years and since our usual technician retired they have gone down hill. Have had issues since Sunday night and have called and emailed Multiple times a day and no body can/will help. I am so disgusted with their lack of service, and care. I pray someone high up reads this and then maybe we can finally get a tech out here because even leaving the manager voicemails do not help. Do Better Pyr Barker. And if your considering opening an account with them - Save yourself the trouble

  Used them last year to inspect fire extinguishers for my business and took 10-15 minutes. Tried to do the same again and was told I would need to leave my extinguishers with them for 2 days for the inspection. Felt like they were trying to discourage bringing extinguishers to their office in order to charge the higher priced "store visit" price. Won't use them again.
