  early Saturday I dropped off my navigator pool cleaner for repair at the cypress gardens Florida store (#581). I was promised it would be ready Monday. Nothing but a runaround and ghosting since. The repair was entered with a quote of $229.99 + tax (total:$246.09). I paid in full using my AmEx card. I’ve repeatedly called and it’s rare anyone picks up the phone. They’re frequently closed given they claim lack of staff. When I get anyone I’m told someone will call back in a few minutes. Nothing. I just spoke to the “800” number, was told there’s nothing she can do, and I’d have to go to the store - a store frequently closed! I’m sure Amex will be more responsive. Avoid the chains. Plenty of “mom and pop” shops where you’re treated with respect

  I brought my robotic vacuum to Leslie’s Pool in February for repair. After evaluating it, they told me that the cost to fix it would be higher than the value of the vacuum, so I decided not to proceed with the repair. Before they fixed the same part that was the power cable and now they told me needs stage same repair but the value it is higher? Since then, getting my vacuum back has been extremely frustrating. I was told they needed additional time to reassemble the parts, but that was over a month ago. I still have not received my vacuum, and now when I call the store, no one answers the phone. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the excessive delay in returning my property. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
