I've rented a unit from extra space for 6 years on and off and I've never had a bad experience , they are awesome, clean, well organized and the staff are always going out their way to make sure their customers storage experience are 100 percent great , I can honestly say I'd never rent anywhere else cause it would be impossible to find one better or even cheaper ! 5stars staff,priced and maintained

I went in there on a Wednesday afternoon and had some questions regarding my unit. There was a gentleman at the counter his name was Al. And Al was a great help. He was very patient and understanding. And he was able to help me and help get my rate at a more manageable cost for me. So if I have any problems I will make sure to go back in when Al is there.
