My first visit was today and all went well except the digital entry was spotty. Even standing next to the box, it sometimes did not open the gate or door. Good news is that you can always enter your code and it always worked. The young lady working there was beyond great. She walked us through everything and took us to our unit, even showed us how to use the core lock. Kudos to the support from her, you made the experience great!!!

My first storage rental here on Powell road in the villages. It was one of the best experiences I have had . The nice lady at this location was very informative, excellent on explaining the units available. Highly recommend!!
