  Having being Lowe’s Customer for Over 25 years. I had a very disappointing experience at the Lowe’s on Okeechobee Blvd near I-95 in West Palm Beach. A couple of weeks ago, I purchased two grill propane refill tanks but forgot to bring my empty tanks with me. At checkout, I specifically asked the employee if I could come back later with the empty tanks for a refund/credit, and she told me “yes, no problem.” At no point was I told there was any deadline or time limit. Today around 12:25–12:30 PM, I returned with the empty tanks and was told by the manager that they would not honor it because “too much time had passed.” I explained that their employee never mentioned any timeline, but the manager was dismissive, impulsive, and showed no interest in resolving the issue or even addressing the fact that employees may be giving customers incorrect information. If there is a strict policy, customers should be clearly informed at the time of purchase. Instead, I relied on what your employee told me and then was treated poorly when I tried to resolve it respectfully. I left the two tanks there they can have it But they lost a customer. Very disappointing customer service and management response.

  The storage shelf is very nice looking and has everything you need but it's seriously Lacks I don't know what the proper word would be but I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings

  Look for Norda & Barrington. If you want the ultimate Lowes experience in what customer service is and what it should always be, these 2 beautiful people deliver. I go to Lowes now and look for Norda immediately.. My 75 yr old father has always gone to Home Depot and because of Norda, he now chooses Lowes. He purchased his brand spanking new grill and Norda celebrated him for it and when we needed it to be moved off the floor for purchase, Barrington came to the rescue and went above & beyond. Thank you for your help at all times. Your happy & loyal customer, Dad, Mom & Daughter.

  I utilized this Lowes store today to purchase some home repair items which included some paint. I was fortunate enough to meet Steve one of the paint department associates. He was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and had a great sense of humor! He assisted me in finding the types and colors of paints I needed and even made some suggestions for some of my future needs. This store is very lucky to have Steve as an employee and should use him as a model for other associates to follow. This store is very clean, well stocked and pleasant to shop in for all your home improvement needs as well! I highly recommend this Lowe's.

  I bought a sliding door to be delivered to the Fort Myers área. They said they will deliver it. One week after, several phone calls, emails and promises to be delivered and always à rescheduled mail I had to cancel the purchase. They were not able to solve the issue. If they do not delivery that far why did they offer the service in the first place. I lost one week in my schedule and they did not even offer to deliver it from à near by store. Poor business practices.
