  I received a brand new couch that broke in 1 week. They don't respond when you call. They ask you to change your review but they don't change their procedures. I have yet to hear back from them about my replacement. This place is a scam, do not go here! I repeat this is not the place for you if you're looking for honesty and communication.

  I purchased a bed frame that broke within 2 weeks. Also it was missing studs on it. After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally got a hold of their manager who promised me that they ordered me a replacement bed through their warranty company. I have never received the replacement bed or got this one fixed. Eventually they just started ignoring my calls and emails. Do yourself a favor and take your money somehow else!

  I have to say, they do a really good job of making you feel comfortable and helping you find what you need to make sales, but the follow-through was horrible. I worked with Pierre, and he was great the day of, but it took two days for my order to actually be placed. My paid delivery request also wasn’t submitted, and my contact information was entered incorrectly. The third-party delivery company had to look up my number just to confirm my delivery, and if I hadn’t followed up myself, I probably wouldn’t have received my delivery when requested. I would definitely recommend following up the next day to make sure everything was completed properly.

  Excellent furniture store with modern designs and outstanding quality. The staff was courteous and helped me find exactly what I needed for my living room. Prices were reasonable, and the delivery team was professional and on time. Highly satisfied!

  I would absolutely never purchase furniture from this company again. The level of customer service both by phone and email is beyond unacceptable. I purchased a couch and loveseat, and the delivery experience was a complete disaster. The delivery team damaged both pieces and then deliberately positioned them against the wall to hide the damage. That alone speaks volumes about the lack of integrity. Once I moved the furniture, I found multiple holes in the couch, each about the size of a quarter. What’s even worse is the complete lack of accountability. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company, and they have ignored every call and email. No response, no resolution just silence. Just finally I read the reviews beforehand and chose to give this company the benefit of the doubt. That was clearly a mistake. The negative reviews are accurate, and my experience proves it. As a real estate professional, I work with clients daily and often refer them to vendors. After this experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. If anything, I will be actively warning others to stay away. One good thing is that pierre was nice and help me. but i wouldnt go back to shop there nothing to do with him. But this is a horrible company
