Our stuff are neatly packed in side and there’s still roaches inside of our items. For the price we pay their should be some solution to this but when I told front desk about this months ago they basically told me there’s nothing they can do. The AC rarely works in here and it’s unfortunate that I have to now resort to finding another location.
