Our family had a wonderful experience with Ms. Rebecca at Extra Space Storage in West Palm Beach, Florida. My daughter’s friend lost the key to their storage unit in Nashville, Tennessee, and we needed guidance on how to access it. From the moment we spoke with Ms. Rebecca, she was compassionate, professional, and incredibly helpful.
She patiently explained the process, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier. Her calm demeanor, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help gave us peace of mind during a difficult moment.
