One I don’t understand why the prices online or less than the price in person when I’m standing right in front of the manager of the facility. Number two regarding the lock, they provide that you pay for which is part of the door is a very cheap lock one good hit with a hammer and that things gone. Third thing you can book online they add insurance a lock taxes and a $30 one time administrative fee to make sure that the unit is ready. my question is why are we paying a manager or retail person to be in the facility if they’re not renting the unit and they have to have it ready with the lock inside before I get there anyway, so what’s the ministration fee? Exactly 4 so if I rent for one month only, I’m stopping at $30 fee doesn’t make sense to me.
