A complete waste of time—thanks a lot, Nick! Instead of the $148/month rate, he quoted me over $200. I needed to store a jet ski; I’ve rented storage units elsewhere—including at other Extra Space Storage locations—and they only ever asked for the jet ski’s ownership documents. But Nick insisted on personal vehicle insurance—what for? I might show up with a U-Haul. He also demanded the trailer registration—something no one has ever asked for—and insurance for the jet ski itself. I wasted so much time and money, only to end up with a quote of over $200 for the unit. The amount of paperwork required just to rent a space is ridiculous. There are cheaper, hassle-free storage units on this same street. 0 stars
