  Took care of the sod, but the crew left some gaps that make walking on the grass a little dangerous (rolling ankles). So, double-check with the crew before the service that you want extra care on the sod placement to avoid those gaps.

  This company is hired by my HOA and they do such a terrible job around my personal property. Every week they come and they leave my property worst than off than before. I have sent an email directly to the company a while back and was told by my HOA head that I was supposed to reach fill out a work order. I don’t think I should complete a work order for work that is apart of what is included in the services they should be providing. Also because of their poor maintenance the grass in some areas of my property that they didn’t clean up the pine needles from the tree lacks grass. I am frustrated because in my HOA you’ll see some property look well maintained and others have the bare minimum. I shouldn’t have to go outside and sweep my yard after lawn service is provided. Wish I could give a half of a star or negative star! Also I’m not the only homeowner who has these concerns! The photos I have attached few are from different days/times right after they performed service to my yard. Also God forbid you have the pathway lights, they will destroy them and you don’t notice until they have left so you can’t hold anyone accountable!

  We live in Viera East and I am sure it's a tough job to please everyone! Especially with the winter we just hard, every plant or tree needs attention. Nate and his crew were extremely helpful today with the removal of dead bushes in our cul-de-sac. I appreciate their professionalism and smiles in this heat. Although we pay for full service landscaping, it's still nice to have attention to details and quality service. Thank you!
