  I recommend this company. They came out and cleaned my pool because the other company I was using made my pool turn green within 2 hours. I called poolfection and they done an amazing job getting it back to being crystal clear

  Update: I repeatedly requested the company’s insurance information so the matter could be reviewed and resolved through the proper claims process. However, Jason either ignored those requests or refused to provide the information. Despite the video footage, photographs, and other evidence I supplied, he continues to deny responsibility for the damage. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter amicably, but those efforts have been unsuccessful. ——————————— If you want your property damaged and your concerns ignored, this is the company to hire. Their employee struck and damaged our outdoor TV screen and window screen with a skimmer pole. We reported the damage, but the owner has ignored our concerns and continues to avoid filing an insurance claim or taking responsibility. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

  After only two weeks of service with Poolfections USA, my pool looks better than it has in years. The difference between Poolfections and my previous pool company has been night and day. The company I used before serviced my pool for about two months, and according to my security cameras, the technician was often on my property for less than 10 minutes total—including parking, unlocking and relocking my gate, and leaving. There were also occasions when services were marked as completed that I know were not performed. With Poolfections, the attention to detail is obvious. The technician takes the time to properly service the pool and ensure everything is done right. Last week alone, he spent nearly 20 minutes servicing my pool, and the results speak for themselves. My water is crystal clear, the pool looks fantastic, and the overall condition has improved dramatically in a very short time. I am paying a little more than I was before, but this experience has proven that you truly get what you pay for. I also want to recognize Angie for her outstanding customer service. I had a payment issue when I first signed up, and she handled it immediately. She was professional, responsive, courteous, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and without any hassle. It's refreshing to find a company that takes pride in both the quality of its work and the way it treats its customers. Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend Poolfections USA to anyone looking for reliable, professional pool service.

  Long, sorry. Started service in September. We have a salt water pool, and in the beginning, for the first month we were smelling strong chlorine odors coming from the pool. We had guests complaining that their eyes were burning, and we would get out of the pool smelling like chemicals for days. I complained to them, to where they gaslit me saying that they’ve never heard of such a thing and that they weren’t putting chlorine into our pool. But we had several people on different occasions say that the water was irritating their skin and eyes. Long story short, two months later, the situation improved. Now since they started, they would come on Wednesdays. I’ve asked them since the beginning to change our service day because my husbands only day off from work is Wednesday and we would like to enjoy the pool without being bothered for cleaning. The receptionist kept telling me they would review the service route and let us know. This has been going on since September, where we have been putting the request in for a service change pretty much monthly, with no result. Now with summer coming up, I tell the receptionist, I need to change our service date or we can just cancel. She tells me once again, like every time I call, we will review and let you know. I told her no, I’m tired of hearing that. So then she tells me I can pay $35 a month extra for a specific service day. I don’t want a specific day, I just don’t want them here on Wednesdays. She tells me a supervisor will call me to discuss. Eventually, days later I get an email from Jason… not a phone call but fine. I respond promptly to his email, and then no response. So finally I call again and say I just want to cancel my service. Receptionist tells me she will put in my request to a manager. I am not asking for approval, I am canceling. A few days after I get an email saying my service has been cancelled. Finally. Now today I get another invoice from them, so I call again and the receptionist tells me it’s for a specific service. Now I haven’t looked at the portal to see if this service was done, but it wasn’t shown in the email that I received. Once again she tells me someone will reach out to me. I am just so tired of this company. The receptionist doesn’t take care of anything, the higher ups never call back. One of the employees broke my gate latch a couple of weeks ago, which I found out shortly after because I heard the gate slamming open and shut. I didn’t complain about it because I just wanted to be done with this company, I wasn’t even planning on writing a review But after my phone call with the receptionist today, I’ve just had enough. nothing but headaches. In response to YOU, especially to address this chlorine issue because you guys want to continue to gaslight me about it. The first service of my pool was by Don on September 10th, now that was supposed to be a consultation however we were having a party that weekend and he decided to do us a favor and clean the pool then, and in doing so, he shocked it by dumping chlorine directly into the pool. He then left me the jug of chlorine and told me to put more directly into the pool the day before the party, which I didn’t because the water already smelt strongly of chemicals. I actually still have this jug of chlorine that he gave me, if you’d like it back. And at that party, was the first time we heard complaints from guests. The 2nd time you guys serviced our pool was September 17. So I’m not sure why you’re saying the 24th. And unfortunately all of these conversations were done via phone with don so I don’t have a whole lot of proof other than text messages stating when you were arriving to service the pool, which I will attach. Now I understand other people on our route might have made requests to change their day that will come before us, however we’ve been asking for 6 months with a response of “we will keep you updated” instead of just being straight forward with us. We could’ve found another company within that time. Now I don’t have any more room to defend myself. So this is it. Thanks.
