I just tried to return a product to Lowe’s that was still unopened in the box that I purchased just the day prior, but I lost the receipt. I was not able to exchange it. They wouldn’t give me a store credit. Absolutely nothing. I don’t get it. I have a business myself, and I do everything I can to work with the customer, not look at the customer as the enemy. I have a Lowe’s pro account and I probably spend tens of thousands of dollars every year so I told him bye I walked out of Lowe’s. I came over here to Home Depot. I had a wonderful experience. There’s people in here that are willing to help at Lowe’s. They won’t even make eye contact with you. I meant many people that I know around town, and if I’m not mistaken, I even saved some money. I’m canceling my Lowe’s pro account and I’m now at Home Depot shopper.

My only experience with this Lowes is setting up a consultation for a whole home generator. I spoke to Brandi over the phone, and she was a real joy to chat with. During the conversation she said "I love Lowes and am a loyal Lowes employee. I love my job!" This is such a testament to good management and a strong team. Messed up my online order, when went to pick up they gave me the wrong lights than what I ordered. Instead of making it right, they tell me you have to return them, do all. What is the point of buying online and getting what you order? The customer service and management here are the absolute worst. The manager never came to the counter, I called, never came to the phone, they never made it right or gave me the lights I paid for and ordered. This place is just so poorly run and quite lawless with so many dogs, not even service dogs, they do not have their act together here and the people working here just do not care. This place has really gone down the drain in recent months/years. We will not buy online or in person here anymore. Very bad experience buying here online this time. Praying they can get their act together. What an embarrassment for the public!

They didn't put the right items that we ordered in our cart you gave me lights that I did not order and then when I told you I wanted the right lights he said I had to return the wrong ones that you put in my cart and then when I told the lady on the shelf that the right ones were over there and they said they were $4 your choice and I wanted those ones and then she said she had a call for a manager and the manager would never come to address the problem I'm never going to buy anything online or at Vero Beach Lowe's ever again this is a horrible experience today you guys are the worst store your customer service is awful and you made the mistake and put the wrong lights in my order and then when I came to pick it up I noticed that you didn't have the right items for me. It's so frustrating you guys really don't have your act together and customer service is completely incompetent and then the manager never even came to address the problem and make it right. I won't buy anything else from Lowe's ever again! Louis has very bad management here and their employees are making errors with putting the wrong items in our online pickups. Very bad experience I'm not coming back or using Lowe's anymore to buy anything because of this big error today and then I called on the telephone and this lady Bonnie who said she heard my conversation she was there and she was a manager but she never intervened or did anything about making it right and then she hung up on me Lowe's is horrible I can't believe how you have gone down the tubes in recent years you used to be a good story years ago but now I can tell that you're just absolutely horrible the worst experience ever I would never recommend Lowe's to anyone ever again! I'm not going to be buying anything online or shopping at Lowe's anymore after this experience today.

I am boycotting Lowe's now, you messed up my order. A manager never came when I was there to fix it, nor when I called today, mediocrity at its best at lowes, won't buy online or in person anymore here, too woke and you do not enforce FL state laws allowing all these dogs in the store, the law says only service dogs. You are breaking the law. I asked them to have the manager call me, but have not heard back from them.
I am doing some bad reviews now of lowes after you messed up my order today and no one made it right. Shame on lowes!
