    After walking around the Laz-Z-Boy store for a few minutes I could not but overhear many of the sale idiots on the floor. I felt doomed until Keith Schmalz, "The A Team Rep" approached me. He was the perfect sales rep. Knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was so indecisive but he had patience with me. Over the next few days we had texted about the choices, material, room size etc and today nailed it down. Thank you Keith! He's the one you want and NOBODY ELSE.
