We had an outstanding experience with Budget Blinds of Indian River County from start to finish. The entire process was seamless and professional. Caroline, our estimator, was thorough, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find the perfect solution for our home.
Chris, our installer, was equally impressive. He was neat, polite, professional, and paid great attention to detail. The installation was completed flawlessly, and everything looked perfect when he was finished.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly delivers on its promises. Caroline and Chris checked every box, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend Budget Blinds of Indian River County to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service!

When we first contacted Budget Blinds, Carolyn came to our home to measure, and she was very professional. She advised us to contact the office to check on the delivery status.
Unfortunately, dealing with Gio was a completely different experience. I would call about once a week for updates, and every interaction with him felt like an inconvenience to him. Carolyn tried to keep us informed despite dealing with health challenges, even though this was supposed to be Gio's responsibility.
Eventually, Gio stopped answering my calls. I know this because I would call back a minute later from another phone line, and he would answer immediately. We finally had the blinds installed, but one of them was defective, so we called once per week for updates on the replacement.
Again, Gio was consistently snippy and unpleasant. My husband finally called, and Gio informed him that the replacement blind had already been delivered to the shop -- even though no one had contacted us to schedule installation. The blind was just sitting there.
After the replacement was installed, I noticed last week that it was still not sitting properly in the window. I called Gio, and he scheduled an appointment for today, 5/26, at noon.
Noon came and went with no communication, so I finally called Gio. He answered and, in a very rude tone, told me that the appointment window was actually three hours. I explained I was never advised of such, and all previous appointments had been scheduled for a specific time, not a three-hour window.
I waited the additional three hours as instructed -- and Budget Blinds WAS A NO SHOW.
I attempted to contact Gio again but only reached voicemail. This has become a pattern: Gio displays a poor attitude toward customers and then avoids communication altogether.
What should have been a simple process became unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. In my opinion, Gio has very poor customer service skills, and his handling of this situation reflects badly on Budget Blinds as a company.
Now I am left dealing with a miserable, uncooperative employee just to get a brand-new blind properly repaired. As a paying customer who paid thousands for blinds, I expected professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on how we were treated throughout this process, I would NOT recommend Budget Blinds to others.
