- KRKerry RileyMay 10, 20265.0It truly was pleasant dealing with James at Mattress Home. Not only the product that I am purchasing is important to me, but the service has got to be there also. It was.! He was very knowledgeable in everything he showed us. And I mean everything: mattresses, frame, mattress protectors, pillows, and on and on. Did not rush us at all. After the deal was done and we were shaking hands I just wanted to hug him. All mattress stores have pretty much the same products but it doesn’t mean anything unless your employees are knowledgeable and dedicated.
