The gate always opens with the cell phone app, the automatic lights always turn on and the AC works. 3 The staff is very friendly and polite. Everything was made simple. 4. When I didn't need the rental anymore, there were no hidden charges or termination fees. The cable companies could learn from Extra Space. Highly recommend.
