While searching for a trailer space I talked to Teresa, manager of the 997 Center Rd. location who welcomed me to visit the following day before committing. Sandy, acting manager that day, greeted me, explained all the details, and offered a cart ride to the spaces available. He understood my hesitation in entrusting my property to storage and entering a contract with so many rumors of storage facilities gouging customers. After hashing out some price differentials and listening to his experience-based advice, I comfortably committed to the spot. End result–I’m content with the choice to store my valuables here and am optimistic about the future at this facility with Sandy and Teresa holding the reins.
