  Great experience storing with Bob and Justine! They are both extremely helpful! We really enjoyed meeting and talking to them both! The place is clean well lit and easy to get in and out of!

  If you’re looking for storage, this is the place to be! Me and my family just needed something small to rent for our extra things, so I wanted something close to home. I did my research and came across this location—and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Mr. Bob was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any confusion. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, which gave me peace of mind leaving my belongings there. Customer service like this really makes a difference. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage!

  Renting online was very easy. After payment went through the website said to go in person at least the day before the lease starts to provide a physical copy of your ID so I went today. This is when I met The Man, The Myth, The Legend, Mr. Bob himself in flesh and blood. I told him about the ID thing the website said and at lightning speeds he made that computer go BEEP BOOP BEEP! pulling my account info. Gotta say that's the fastest I have ever seen a Boomer operate a PC! Anyway, he looks at my info and says "Everything with your paperwork looks good". He then proceeds to explain the layout of the place, shows me in a map where it is, highlights the route to take to it and gives me a copy. He then goes above and beyond by changing my access code from that random, computer generated, number that I would have to get tattooed on my wrist to remember it for something easy as my unit number with digits of my phone number at the end. We exchanged small talk, a bit of restaurant food info (Tres Amigos down the road on 60 has a frozen Coronarita, a margarita with a Corona beer inside, that is a perfect weekend drink and very tasty food!) and a joke or two. Glad I drove in and a whole galon of gas didn't go to waste as I got blessed to have The Bob Experience. The facility is in great, like new condition and very clean everywhere but who cares about that? It is Bob you are looking for here!

  We’ve been customers of Extra Space Storage (at the Valrico location) for many years and our experience has consistently been excellent. Bob Pupillo, the Store Manager, is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand our current needs and helped us find the perfect solution. Bob truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is in a great location, and it’s always clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage and outstanding customer service!
