  Office manager Diane D'Amato is an absolute shining star! late in the day on this Friday afternoon I was once again in need of a storage space, I reached out to OOS about an hour before closing... not only did Diane call me to check on my arrival, when I did arrive she welcomed me back like I was family returning home! She remembered me as if 2 years had not passed since I was last a tenant. She came out in the pouring rain multiple times to assist me in every way she could. She is kind, helpful, welcoming and very efficient! Not only this but later that evening after the office had closed and she had already gone home, I realized that I had left my purse in the office! I called the after hours number and she very promptly answered just as kind and friendly as she always is! she was already home and instead of making me come back the next day to retrieve my purse, she promptly returned to check the office for my purse! she went above and beyond and not forgetting to mention that she did all of this effortlessly without pause after she herself had already had her own long day/week . Diane you are a gem and your light always shines bright! Thank you so much for making my day a lot better! Michelle Hagen
