  10 STAR ALL THE WAY!!! From coming in the office smells DELICIOUS clean she walked me to the unit and showed it to me and it was clean reason why I made my reservation and she made it a lot easier for me!! MADDY IS #1.. can’t wait to start and finish my move!

  The office manager was more than helpful. Assisted my needs greatly and a very affordable price with no huge contract, lock concerns, payment difficulties and a adequate walk through.

  Madeline the store manager was AWESOME! I have been with this facility for 3 months now and i was having issues with my lock today . She came right over to help, no questions asked . She was able to assist and made my crappy day so much better. I downgraded from a huge storage unit to a smaller one due to a move. My new apartment has a public storage right across the street but I will continue to do business here just because of her. Love this place

  My father and I have had a unit here for well over 6 years. It has changed owners at least twice since then. The first owner was great. The second was terrible and the only experience I have with the new one was today and it was not good. My father died in 2023. I have finally gotten his things out of the unit. I wanted to close out the lease. There are no posted hours on the office door or building. There was no one in the office when i got there before 5. I called a number on a piece of paper on the door and was told to text a picture of my empty unit with my name and unit number and it would be closed out. That was 2 hours ago. No one has even acknowledged they received the text. The dollies they have are terrible. Over the years I have requested they purchase new ones. They tried to tell me they are thousands of dollars. A quick search on amazon disproves that. The AC is great unless it goes out, which it did once. The shower from the apt on site leaked into our unit several years ago and we were compensated virtually nothing. Again this was previous owners, but so far I am not impressed with the new ones, and I am so glad to be out of there…..if they process my exit ever.
