  I’ve been renting from the Fair Oaks location for years and they’ve always been wonderful to work with but today Madeline went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank her enough. She is an absolute treasure!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!

  I ve been a renter since Oct 2024, service has neen great and it is a great climate controlled storage. Madi the manager was great as well as coworkers

  I just leased a storage unit and Madeline was amazing. I couldn’t get there until 5:30 and they close at 6 for office hours. She still took the time to show me a few different units and helped me pick the appropriate sized space while not making me feel like I was a burden coming so close to the office closing. Highly recommend!

  This is my second time with a storage unit at this location. While the location is good for me, the staff is very professional and helpful. The place is clean and secure.
