  I am guessing we need Jose to come do our treatment I’m reading the reviews and everyone speaks highly of his work. I am very disappointed in the technicians that have been here honestly I think my grandson could have done a better job. The problem is STILL not even close to under control and it’s very upsetting. I call the number they gave me and I feel like they see my name on caller id and choose not to pick up so I had to outsmart them and go thru the website to call them yet another inconvenience.

  I would like to give Andrew Kudos, he does an excellent job taking care of my condo. he comes quarterly and always contacts me the day before to let me know when he will arrive. He always accommodates MY schedule which is important to me. Because I work from home he is respectful of my time when I'm working! Thank you Andrew for taking care of my home.

  We have been using Tri-S for about 10 months and I am shocked at how much my lawn has improved. When we started using Tri-S in May 2025, our lawn was just "OK". We had large patches of crab grass and weeds and dead spots. 10 months later, and our yard is the thickest and greenest it has ever been. There are virtually zero weeds. My yard is like a thick green carpet. I am a very satisfied customer for sure. Extremely affordable also!

  Been a loyal customer and my service technician is amazing Gus. It’s a shame that there scheduling people are terrible. Spoke with somebody there as my service was due informed them. I was on vacation and that I would not be back to a certain date told him they could come after this date everything was set not a problem. Come home from vacation. No one came around for over a month. I called the office. They had no idea of when somebody would be out and would call me back they never called me back, so I proceeded to just cancel my service as I guess they really don’t need my business.
