  Susan, is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and help point me in the right direction based off my wants and needs and didn’t try to play salesman. She saved me a bunch of money. I wound up getting the Luxe Adapt medium hybrid for my lifestyle and sleeping style this was the right fit for me. She’s the best

  After just over 10 years with our Tempur Pedic mattress we decided to purchase another ProBreeze king mattress from the International Mall Tampa location. To complicate the process, we had to have the mattress shipped to a 3rd party so it could be sent to us in the Southern Caribbean. Susan was wonderful and was able to help us complete the order over the phone and ensure all was taken care of properly. I would highly recommend the Tempur Pedic store at the International Mall Tampa.

  David was extremely helpful and excited about the products. He answered all of our questions, gave us time to try out and talk without hovering over us, and was very professional. The store was very clean and well laid out making it easy to compare products. The only drawback for the company is that they don’t have a pillow specially made for neck issues like cervical arthritis. Highly recommend Tempur-Pedic of Tampa, and David in particular.

  We recently needed to replace our 11-year-old mattresses and had an outstanding experience with David A. at the Tempur-Pedic store in International Mall. From the moment we walked in, David greeted us warmly and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He patiently explained the different mattress options and helped us navigate the features and benefits of each one without ever making us feel pressured. What impressed us most was his professionalism and attentiveness. Even after a rush of customers entered the store, David continued to provide excellent service and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Thanks to his knowledge and guidance, we found the perfect mattress for our needs. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. David is a true professional, and we highly recommend working with him if you're in the market for a new mattress.

  This rating is more for one of the Tampa store managers, Susan B. than for the store or brand itself. We visited a local furniture store and tried a Tempurpedic bed. We liked it so much that I called the Tampa store, and Susan helped me order the split king cooling hybrid mattress and adjustable base, and during their Memorial Day sale, helped make sure we received all of the applicable discounts, and helped guide me through the process of having our sales taxes rebated back with an RX from my primary care physician. The rebate of the sales taxes alone was almost a $1,000, and the discounts from Tempurpedic saved us an additional $700+ versus the sale promotion from the local furniture store. Unfortunately, our delivery did not go smoothly, as the delivery people mistakenly thought that they were not installing and setting up the base and mattress. I called Susan and she quickly got involved and corrected that issue. The delivery guys seemed to want to get the delivery done asap, and instead of installing the legs on the base, they put the base on the support slats for our bed frame. That put the bed very low, and once again, I enlisted Susan's help to address the issue. After going back and forth with Tempurpedic's "customer service" department, and having them tell me they wanted to charge me $244 to come back out to install the legs on the base, Susan once again got involved to rectify that issue. Susan has shown again and again that her goal is to ensure her customers are happy and treated well, and has addressed every issue and concern we have had. I highly recommend Susan and her entire staff in the Tampa store if you want great customer service and treatment! We are also very happy with our new Tempurpedic bed and base!
