- AEAmanda EdwardsJul 9, 20261.0I have been a customer for months and recently purchased a pool pump through this company. The pump was installed with broken parts, which was frustrating enough, but then I discovered I had been charged twice for the pump—an extra $3,000. I was initially told the duplicate charge had been refunded. Ten days later, I was informed they had made yet another mistake and never actually processed the refund. To make matters worse, I can’t get anyone in the office to answer my calls or return my messages. The only person I can reach is the technician, who has told me the office isn’t responding to him either. At this point, I feel completely ignored. I have reported the situation to the company’s corporate office and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Having $3,000 tied up because of a company’s mistakes, while being ghosted instead of helped, is one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I hope they make this right, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
