  Metro Appliance is the best, from the customers service team on down to Alex showing up on time at your door. He's personable, he educated me on the dishwasher and the refrigerator, he cleaned up after him self. Thank you Alex for the great job and the beautiful dishwasher. If I could give them 100 Stars I would.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Metro Appliance exceeded my expectations! They expertly handled maintenance on my fridge, washer, and dryer, keeping them running like new the first time i contacted them. When my microwave needed replacing, they guided me to the perfect model and installed it. Recently, they replaced my dishwasher with a top-notch unit, and the entire process was smooth and I saved a lot of money by doing business with them. Their team is prompt, they completed the work within 24 hrs of my confirmation and they were honest about my options not like other companies that were only interested in making money off of me.   La verdad no recomiendo a esta compañía, te canses de llamar a las personas para que vengan a tu casa arreglar algo que ellos tenían que hacer y no llegan nunca. Casualmente ayer tenía que venir a ponerme un ice Maker, el cual tenía que haberlo hecho hace muchos meses y nada, nos cansamos de llamar un señor llamado Andrés y nunca contesta y entonces te dice si yo voy y nunca llega, la verdad que yo no sé cómo esta compañía está en pie.
