I placed an order for a set of 2 outdoor chairs. I Was only given 1. After being on the phone for hours (and hung up on) i was told i would get another chair 5 days later. It never came. Again I called Lowes and asked to speak to a manager after getting a hung up on AGAIN by a representative after being on hold for 30 minutes. In an hour long call we got no where. The manager listed countless weak excuses as to why it wasn't here and never gave me a real definite reason as to what happened. I was given 1 solution to wait another week and a half. A total of 3 weeks after being told 5 days original delivery. HORRIBLE customer service and online ordering experience. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I had a large delivery to my job and the cashier rang up my order said my customer brought it home. 12 ft boards and 3/4 in pluwood..on top of it all they accused her and her father of stealing. I had to go to the store to see the manager,Will who insisted my customer could have stolen the material and he would review the security camera footage I was embarrassed and my customer was insulted. This manager should not have the responsibility of store manager very poor service and very poor people skills.
I wanted to give zero stars...
ONLY HOME DEPOT NOW!!!
