- KRKerri Rogers6 days ago5.0Our local community Lowe’s store and its management team went above and beyond by donating supplies to help our baseball program have the tools and resources needed to keep our field looking great throughout the season at Chamberlain High School. Their willingness to give back truly meant a lot to our team, especially during a time when costs have continued to rise. Their support was greatly appreciated and made a real difference for both our players and our field. Thank you for investing in your local public school sports program and helping make our season possible.

The first was canceled the same day, and the second was a complete no-show with no communication. When we contacted customer service, we were told they did not know why the representative failed to appear. A company this large should have far better accountability and respect for customers’ time. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend hiring a reliable local contractor instead.

Said that the associate was rude. Then I get a call saying someone is at our car… but we aren’t there. Very poor experience overall. And this isn’t first time we have waited so long that we had to go inside to speak to someone to get our curbside pick up order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
