Place gave me and still giving me the most ridiculous run around returning a fridge that didn’t work out of the box. I allowed them to try and correct this twice and now I will never shop here again. I will be going to Costco for everything major appliances because they actually value their customers.

I am writing this to warn others about the absolute nightmare I experienced purchasing an appliance from this North Tampa location. What should have been a simple transaction for a KitchenAid dishwasher turned into a month-long ordeal of total incompetence, and I will never make a purchase from Lowe’s again.
The issues began almost immediately. After the initial unit arrived, it failed after only the second use, leaking water all over my kitchen floor. When I reported the issue, I was met with a complete breakdown in communication between the store and the 1-800 installation department. I spent an entire month speaking to nearly 50 different people, and each interaction was the same: they promised it was a "priority," assured me someone would follow up, and then never called me back. I was forced to act as the liaison between their departments just to get basic information, repeatedly explaining my situation to new representatives who had zero knowledge of my case.
The entire process, from my initial order on May 25th to the final installation on July 1st, was plagued by avoidable delays. The store failed to properly order my replacement for days because they claimed they never received the report, and then, after the replacement arrived at the store, I waited four additional days just to get on the installer's schedule despite being told it was a priority.
To add insult to injury, I was pushed by a store associate to open a Lowe’s credit card, with promises of 0% interest and additional savings. This was not necessary, as I could have paid in full at the time of purchase, but I trusted their recommendation. Instead, I was hit with an erroneous late fee due to a system error I was never notified about, and then discovered I was being charged a massive 33% interest rate because the promotion was never actually attached to my account.
If you are looking for appliances, please save yourself the stress and shop anywhere else. Lowe’s lacks the basic organizational structure to handle their own orders, and they clearly do not value their customers.

Maybe this store & the one on Waters - that I literally drove past on the way to get to this store, just not to have to deal with their incompetence & unprofessionalism - have overlapping management, b/c this store seems to be run every bit as well...
More than 3 hours after I ordered 2 of the same product online for curbside pickup, I had to walk into the store to not only discover that NOTHING had been done about this order, but also to have an employee blatantly lie to me that it hadn't been 3 hours s to nice *my ppl laced the order.
Been standing here now for 10 minutes, about to walk out.
Why is it the Oldsmar store seems to be the only one that can actually manage do on online orders?
I've done curbside & going in to pick up & never had trouble - I've never had a lowe's pickup go well anywhere else.
