I purchased an online order for same-day delivery. The order was placed before the cutoff time for same-day delivery. It is three days later and still no order has been delivered.
I called the store, the answer for the delay was because it was a third-party, not Lowe’s that was delivering the items.
Lowe’s did not have any solutions to contact the third-party delivery, and didn’t have any information as to who is even picking it up.
I asked to speak with a manager about the problem and I was left on hold for quite a while. Then the phone picked up and was set aside (so it wasn’t ringing on their end.) Nobody ever answered my call.
I am really disappointed in the lack of information or communication that was provided. Same day delivery=3x days without an explanation is unacceptable. At the very least, a manager could have picked up to listen to the problem so they can address it for future deliveries.
Needless to say, I canceled my order and went to Home Depot for the same things.

I visited the Lowe’s location on Waters Ave and experienced one of the most poorly managed retail environments I’ve seen in a long time. A rack clearly marked “Clearance – Up to 50% Off” displayed multiple pieces of the same workwear item. However, when scanned at checkout, every item rang up at full price.The cashier attempted to help and even called the manager on duty (name sounded like Alek), but instead of addressing the store’s mistake, he dismissed the issue by claiming that “a customer probably put them there.” This explanation was unacceptable, especially considering therewere five identical items placed together on a rack that was officially labeled as clearance.The manager showed no initiative, no accountability, and no interest in correcting a clear store error. His attitude contradicted the efforts of the frontline employees, who were at least trying to assist. The store itself is disorganized, poorly maintained, and lacks proper oversight—issues that fall directly under management responsibility.This is not a minor inconvenience; it is misleading pricing, poor customer experience, and a failure in basic retail operations. Lowe’s Corporate needs to address the management at this location immediately. Customers should not bepenalized for the store’s lack of organization, and managers should not dismiss legitimate concerns with excuses instead of solutions.
