    Wow, what a terrible experience. First is where are all the employees. Seems like if I don't want to work but earn a paycheck Lowes is your place. Second where is the service for the customers, don't cut wood any more. They are selective in what they cut. Finally found a group of men huddled together I was thinking yes this is my group of guys but wrong. They all looked at each other like I was asking for some material to cover the space shuttle nasa grade. Dudes it's a piece of wood. Now the cashier, my item I picked happened to not have a bar code and she could not find my item in the handheld phone they carry. Now you think they will call someone to get the price since I am at check out. Nope I had to walk all the way to the back of the store again to get a picture of the item. Lowe's today is a sad day. No wonder why the store is empty, it's a terrible experience.

    Don’t offer curbside if you cannot complete the process. Been waiting over 45 minutes and called the store and they said they would be out shortly. Home Depot is prompt and friendly but not close to me. What a mess.

    Very poor customer service experience today (5/7) at 12:02pm with the long haired male cashier in the Garden Center. Throughout the entire interaction, he treated my father and I as if we had inconvenienced him by interrupting his texting, or posting, or whatever it was he was doing that was so important that he couldn't (or more appropriately, wouldn't) bother saying a single thing to my father or myself other than the price of the flowers we bought for Mother's Day. My apologies if I'm wrong, and there was genuinely something so important going on that I could not be afforded a "hello" or a "have a nice day," but I feel that this is just common courtesy when someone speaks to you, let alone basic customer service. We will not be returning to this location. Highly recommend the Home Depot on Dale Mabry for better customer service options.

    Very bad customer service my husband and I have a pro account and also our business partner and we had to wait almost an hour and still no one came to do the phone sale, the blonde lady in pro account was laying back not doing her job also the manager next to her did not even pay attention to what was going on, the only person that can do the phone sale was at lunch and she said 30 minutes and almost an hour later waisted of our valuable time as a costumer giving you business we had to go to home depot and buy the stuff there, you guys need to train your employees well in there orientation because this is how you lose business and a bad review if this lady dont want to work, send her home, she is getting pay to do nothing and that is on you
