Dominic and Mary gave us a very poor customer service today. Product was advertised as 3.75 and was sell at 3.98. none of them wanted to call the manager when requested. Very poor customer service by these 2 people. We are very loyal customer since we are contractors. won’t comeback again

Bad experience here today. They were advertising the 2x4x8 at $3.75 but when Mary scanned it she. wanted to charge $3.98. She called Dominic to look for the price in the tag. The tag had $3.75 but dominic said that tag was old tag.
I believe if you are advertising 3.75 you should sell it at 3.75 or call the manager and give the price. But Dominic was adamant not to help not even ask his manager.
I buy a lot of materials in different suppliers and when I come across similar situations they supplier gives the discount just to keep the customer coming back. Happy to pay the full price and I did but the customer service by these two needs improvement.

*** Update: hung up on a 3rd time after being told “let me see” or “let me find more info” ***
My order was routed to this store, the customer representatives and the manager hung up on me on the first 2 calls regarding my order in which no one can give me information on nor try to find a solution that don’t require me to spend $300 twice. Hours on the phone, 6 different ppl and got hung up on twice. Best they could do is tell me I have to wait 24 hours (after 2 days of late delivery) for an update. They said things purchased online is not their responsibility. And have no way of contacting the fulfillment center or “store.” Crying at how frustrated this run around has been.

NEVER shop here and certainly not if it’s for an important project. We were at a different Lowe’s and found absolutely beautiful tile on clearance but they were 5 short of what we needed. The employee at the South Tampa Lowe’s was so kind and called this location that showed they had ample boxes on clearance too. Firstly, the woman who took the call was unbelievably rude; however, she did say she would place the boxes on hold for us. When we arrived we needed 5 customer service reps to even figure out where the tiles could be located in the store because none were brought to hold. They told us that no one in the store communicated anything like this was supposed to be held and apparently no one had been in the flooring department for over 3 hours anyway. Finally, a rep found someone named Wanda who seemed to be the person who took the call, just like the call she was super rude and short. She sent the sales rep up on the ladder to bring down boxes of what she said were probably our tile, but they were not. Not even the same brand. Then Wanda said the would be on the clearance table but none of what we were told were being held for us were there either and Wanda couldn’t have cared less that she sent us on a wild goose chase for 5 boxes we were promised by this store would be ready at customer service when we arrived. Lazy, rude, and truly the worst customer service. The employees seemed annoyed at the situation which tells me this is a very poor store to work at and have to deal with day to day. They were all so confused and no one knew anything. There wasn’t even a manager or supervisor on site. Long story long, NEVER depend or come to this Lowe’s. Hopefully we can find the tiles at another location or we are about 55 sq ft of tile short for our project.

There is exceptional young lady by the name of Angie. While I was in Lowe’s I thought that I had picked up everything I needed. By the time I made it to the counter and ranged up my items I remembered I had forgotten something. I told Angie and she made it very easy for me when I returned.
