- KMKristen MurrayMay 13, 20261.0I bought a refrigerator from this store the other day and the day of the delivery they came and took my old fridge and then announced after taking my fridge that they DID NOT have my new one on there truck!! I waited 8 hrs while all of my meat and perishable spoiled and had to be trashed. The fridge finally arrived and today I called to be compensated for my loss of all of my food due to there screw up and I was told that they would only give me a 5% discount! That doesn’t even cover my gas to get to the store to replace all of my lost items. This is completely insulting and the worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. I loved Lowe’s before. My dad even worked for Lowe’s but this is poor business practice and shocking that this was handled so poorly. I will be telling everyone I know not to go here from now on. Shame on you Lowe’s for treating a loyal customer so poorly.

I was the first customer of the day, and the lady who opened the door welcomed me very warmly and professionally. I found everything I needed in about 3 minutes, and the checkout process was smooth and fast. The cashier was also very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and a very pleasant start to the morning. Thank you Lowe’s team!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
