- ADAlex DeGrellaJun 10, 20261.0Current: 1-Star LoveSac provided shipping notices for the entirety of the coach. With an expected delivery date. Excellent! We go rid of our old coaches to make room. Even if the delivery hadn't been on time, no worries. Shipping gets delayed. Every box but one showed up. Having helped setup LoveSac coaches before I know, you do NOT build the coach without the covers... we did not receive the covers. So now I have 28 boxes (out of 29), no covers, and no coach. Called, wrote, everything to get this issue resolved. The response was "we'll fix it, but you have to wait another 1-2 weeks" as opposed to what I would have expected to be "sorry for OUR mistake, we'll prioritize this and correct it immediately". If you're paying $15K for a couch (and that's WITH the discount), you'd expect the responsiveness to the Company's mistakes to be more urgent and customer centric. I'm sure it will be resolved, the question is how long do I sit with an empty living room as a result of their mistake and lack of urgency to correct. I love their coaches, the quality, functionality, but this feeling right now sucks. Update: Will occur once I receive covers.
- DBDaniel BerkJun 2, 20261.0Bought $9000 worth of couch from here and I've had to babysit the tracking every step of the way because it was being sent to a different state which was my billing address. I was reassured by both in store and customer service reps that it was being rerouted- but surprise surprise, it's going to the address I don't want it to. The return is not easy, either. Beware- this will take you HOURS to set up and/or disassemble and then add on top they use the most unreliable and inefficient way to shio everything- FedEx. Aweful awful. Go buy a nice couch at an actual furniture store for a fraction of the cost and save yourself the time.
