  The array of recliners was terrific but Denise Diaz methodically defined my needs! I thought my choice of 5 was good but she expanded my choices by looking at other LZB stores too! I found something perfect for my post surgery needs that can be used elsewhere later! I am thrilled and grateful for the Customer Service AND surprisingly competitive pricing!

  We recently purchased a sectional sofa and dining set from this furniture store after checking several competitors around town, and the experience here was noticeably better. The sales staff gave us space to browse without following us around aggressively, but they were still available whenever we had questions. Delivery arrived exactly when promised, and the crew handled everything carefully while setting up the furniture in our home. The quality also exceeded our expectations for the price point, especially compared to another store where pieces felt cheaply made despite higher prices. The entire process felt professional and straightforward, which made furnishing our home much less stressful.

She went above and beyond by coming to our house, carefully measuring each wall, and making sure every piece would fit perfectly. Her attention to detail and eye for design made the entire process feel effortless and exciting.   I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with La-Z-Boy, and I will never purchase from them again. I bought an electric recliner in June 2025, which was delivered on time in August 2025. That was the last thing they got right. The recliner broke in January 2026 — less than a year after delivery — and despite purchasing the extended warranty, it remains unrepaired as of today (04/24/2026). The repair process has been an absolute nightmare. They first ordered the wrong part, then went completely silent for months. Only after I began calling repeatedly did they finally order the correct replacement. They managed to send a technician out on a Saturday on previous attempts, yet now they suddenly claim they “don’t work on Saturdays,” even though Shannon from their team sent me a text confirming the prior Saturday service. I live alone, work 10–12 hour days, and am located 1.5 hours from the service area. Requiring me to be home during standard Monday–Friday business hours is completely unreasonable. I have paid for an extended warranty precisely so the company would provide reliable service — not so I would have to completely rearrange my life around their inflexible schedule. I would gladly wait longer for a Saturday appointment, but after nearly five months of delays, this situation is unacceptable. At this point, my recliner has been broken longer than it actually worked. La-Z-Boy has failed to honor the warranty I paid for and has shown zero regard for customers who don’t fit their “standard” availability. This level of poor service and lack of accountability is outrageous. Never again.

  My sister in law talked me into trying out this furniture and she was right! Incredibly comfortable and well worth the expense. Pradeep helped me pick out just the right style and fit, I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!
