  We visited their showroom while on vacation to "test drive" a few of their recliners. We didnt purchase anything, however, Wayne was an excellent salesman and very knowledgeable on the products. He showed us a few of their recliners in different sizes that fit my wife and I and the different fabric and power or manual options. Despite being on commission he recommended that we visit a closer showroom to us. We are from out of state and he mentioned that it would be more beneficial for us going with a local showroom especially when tracking our order progress and service requests if ever necessary.

  We went in kind of browsing...not knowing what we really wanted. We were assisted by Wayne. Wayne listened to what we were thinking. He not only showed us what we EXACTLY WANTED, he didn't hard sell. He was genuinely informative and real. We will only buy LA-Z-BOY....we will buy from. Wayne and the team in Brandon. #forevercustomers

  I bought a recliner 4 years ago and I was happy with it. Last week a spring broke in the seat. I called and was told it’s guaranteed for life, great right ? Not! The part is guaranteed but it’s 199$ to have it repaired and thats the first hour only. I asked to buy a replacement cushion because I bought the spring set on Amazon for 23$ and since I had it apart I’ll replace everything and was told they would not sell it to me. Buyer beware!

  Ignorant sales staff. They act as if you’re bothering them when you have a question. Finally left after the rudeness became overbearing. Went to rooms to go and they were more than happy to help me. Got much better quality furniture for a much lower price!

  I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing furniture from the Brandon La-Z-Boy location. We purchased couches from this store and the fabric we received was nothing like what we expected based on the sample provided. Customers are asked to choose upholstery from a tiny fabric swatch that is only about the size of a washcloth, making it very difficult to accurately judge how the material will look across an entire sofa. The actual fabric on our couches looks distressed, worn, and honestly quite cheap for a brand that markets itself as a premium furniture company. To make matters worse, we received conflicting information from multiple sales representatives throughout the process. It often felt like no one was on the same page, and customer satisfaction seemed to take a back seat to making the sale. The most concerning issue has been the billing. After our original purchase, we were charged multiple additional times for costs that were never disclosed or agreed upon at the time of purchase. This wasn’t a one-time mistake—there have now been several separate additional charges, leaving us extremely frustrated and questioning the company’s business practices. When we attempted to address our concerns, we were reminded of the store’s strict no-return and no-refund policy, which leaves customers with very little recourse when problems arise. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. Between the misleading fabric representation, contradictory communication, unexpected charges, and lack of customer-focused solutions, I would not recommend purchasing from this location.
