I’ve had a really great experience here. Anytime I need help or have a question, he (I think his name is Al) gets back to me quickly and always explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. He’s genuinely friendly and helpful every time we talk. Great customer service all around. 10/10 would recommend this location.

We rented here my unit aswell all the others got flooded lost half of my furniture including bags of clothes and personal items , 2 55" tv the boxes had big roaches long like a finger , rats opened holes on all of my boxes even eating plastic bottles or containers , pictures destroy a whole life memories eaten away ! They keepts raising the prices all the time and we had to call to make sure it dint happen , the rain water dont have a well made drenage and the doors u can find them some days open so any1 can go inside the storage place ! Please inspect the place before u move ur intems in ! The conditions of this place is crazy the units have holes that the animals use to get in its not safe nothing is safe in this place ! I could be telling u more here ...... resume one 4 bedroom house empty couse we dont have anything left and the insurance dont even cover enough of what we lost ! Metal rags all i can use for now until i get my new furniture and i hope i could had find the picture of the conditions of the storage unit but dont worry ill post it later this ppl should be ashame of themself for a 4 stars reviews that they dont deserve !

Words cannot justify the depth of appreciation I have for BOTH Al and John!
I have never rented a storage unit before, so I researched and visited other company facilities and this company and the people who run the facility by far are a class act.
After visiting other facilities which were extremely filthy and no security, not only is there an onsite manager 7 days a week right at the entrance, at this Extra Space Storage 105 S Falkenburg Rd facility, I was given my very own code, and just in case, I brought my broom to sweep before bringing/moving my things in. There was barely anything to sweep! The cleanest facility!
I moved across country with a cube container I needed to have delivered and unloaded. Everything was stress-free and smooth with both Al and Johns help - I felt like a VIP - very warm and hospitable welcome!
I highly recommend this facility for any storage needs!
Extra Space Storage, Al and John deserve a raise! You have true talent and rare gems running your show!
