We stored a classic car and more in this facility and unfortunately found that pests and animals were able to get into our unit and cause damage. We lost items that were destroyed, and we reached out to management and employees for assistance with the costs and damages, but we have received no response or support.
It’s extremely disappointing, especially given that prices continue to increase while the facility does not appear to be properly maintained or secured. A storage facility should provide a safe place for customers belongings, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating.
