Initially they were very helpful in a competitive rate. The move in experience was smooth. However they have attempt a 75 % rate increase every 6-8 months. They end up renegotiating but we started at $113/month and now $200 a month. It’s unfair, inconvenient and deciding when you sign up for a rate. They do say you may experience a “small rate increase”. These are not small!
