Can't say enough about Mr. Molina, manager at this location. I needed a storage space quickly to store my motorcycle and tools in February. Checked the location online, and drove out there to see the premises. Mr Molina showed me a unit, close to the gate, that was available. It was a perfect solution. I was recovering from a health issue the day I leased the unit and was really under the weather. He ran through all the paperwork (and all the little details) efficiently, and I left with a huge load off my mind.
The premises (parking area, office area) are spotless, not like a lot of U-haul rental places, and its location is such that I'm not worried about anybody breaking through the electric gate and bashing into my unit--and there's a waffle house right across the street!
But the best part of the experience was Mr Molina -- polite, professional, articulate and VERY efficient. You can't go wrong leasing a unit from this place.

I’ve been renting from this location since hurricane Helene. They are extremely professional and kind with every question I’ve had.
Steven the property manager is a rare find in this industry. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I truly hope Extra Space retains him for a very long time.
