I recommend anyone to purchase a unit at this location. There are a million places to choose storage units from so it’s mainly because the staff are great. Elizabeth in particular is highly responsive/helpful…she even took time out of her day and stayed behind to help me even though she was on her way out and also called me back to follow up. It’s reassuring to know our things are in good hands.

I accidentally turned into their parking lot and parked, thinking it would be okay to run next door to pick up my food.
As I was getting out of the car, an older lady came out and started harassing me, saying that I shouldn't be parking there because it was private property, which I agreed with. I simply didn't see the sign.
I started walking back to my car and apologized, but she continued heckling me, saying, "How could you miss the sign? It's right in front of you." She just kept bullying and harassing me as I was walking back to my car. I told her that wasn't necessary, but she continued.
Extremely disappointed in the whole situation. I was just trying to grab some food with my son.

Good opening rate then they double it....when you ask why some loud mouth old woman won't or can't answer you. Don't rent here..it's not worth your time and trouble.

Elizabeth, the store manager, is really the absolute best. She is courteous, professional, genuine and always willing to help out. She has helped me out twice with concerns about my storage. If you're looking for a storage place, do your best to get one at this location where she is.
