Manager Lore provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. The entire rental process was smooth and stress-free, and she made sure I understood all of my options. The facility was clean, secure, and well maintained. I truly appreciate Lore’s friendly attitude and dedication to helping customers. We moved into this unit this afternoon, Lore Was super helpful, very kind and courteous. She was very knowledgeable Answering all of my questions and walked me through the process, as well as showed us around the property and how to access our unit. She definitely went above and beyond.
