  Best are the Best (pun intended)! Manny is my person and he is great, listens to my needs, and has worked around what I need for my house and yard and I haven’t had an issue since I started with them in October last year. I also used Best to spray my yard for fleas and I haven’t had an issue since they sprayed. I have peace of mind now since I started with Best and I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Manny and Best :)

  My technician Manny Rivera is very knowledgeable and polite. I used Best Termite for three years for my personal home and my rentals properties. Mr. Rivera always notifies me in advance for my routine visit. He is always friendly with my son and my three large animals. Welcomes with them with a great smile. Best Termites never tried to nickel and dime me with pricings.

  I’ve been using Best Termite and Pest Control and Darryl has been great to work with. He’s always quick to respond, shows up when he says he will, and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. What really stands out is how professional and friendly he is—you never feel rushed, and he takes the time to answer questions and explain things clearly. It’s nice having someone reliable you can count on when you need help. Highly recommend Darryl if you’re looking for solid, dependable service.

  I have been using Best Pest for years and they truly are the "best" in Tampa! Manny does our regular house treatments and he's always so kind and helpful, and happy to come back out on the rare occasion I see a live bug between services. He also really knows what he's doing and when I've had unusual things (all of a sudden ants started coming in my daughter's window!) he knew exactly what to do (literally he got rid of the ants within two days). Plus, I used Best Pest for our termite tenting a few years ago- their price was way better than all of the companies because they do it themselves (as opposed to subcontracting it out to Magnum like everyone else does). When we did an expansion on our house they also did all of the construction-related inspections and treatments, and those were reasonably priced and they came out faster than the other companies my GC had asked! Thank you Best Pest for keeping me bug-free!

  I had been with this company for over 6 years and regularly and repeatedly asked for 24-hr notice to make sure I was home to unlock my gate for the technician, but this never happened. Instead the technician would call me at 8:30p the night before he wanted to come out and while it worked out from time-to-time that’s not what I’ve requested. I got a call this past Sunday night at 8:30p and I specifically told the technician I was traveling and that he could come later this week and I again reiterated that I need 24 hours notice. To my surprise this man showed up anyways and rang my Ring doorbell and when no one answered he went and tried my locked gate. When I noticed the repeated notifications from my Ring doorbell, I opened it to see him testing the gate to see if it was open. I started talking to him on the Ring and asked why he was even there and he said because he was “driving by” and saw another car in my driveway. The people I had housesitting just happened to be there at that time and after calling them to coordinate because he showed up uninvited they let him do the service. This was completely uncalled for, unprofessional and not okay at all because my extremely clear communication was “No” when we spoke on the phone the night before. As a single woman, this behavior made me feel completely unsafe and violated my request/instructions and privacy and inconvenienced my housesitters. When I called the office to complain, I was transferred to a supervisor who was less than helpful and condescending. He claimed that my account wasn’t noted that I requested a 24-hour notice and his solution to rectify this issue was to note my account. That solution wasn’t a solution because I had already called into the office in 2024 and complained then. So, I asked for a new technician and was informed that there was no one else in my service area and after being talked down to by the supervisor I canceled my service.
