  In my opinion BBB *was* a great company that sold quality goods at a reasonable price. However my online experience recently has not been good at all. I have received two orders that were medium-to- high priced items. One set of area rugs, one was faded, and then an expensive bathroom rug set, that literally came apart in the washer. Customer service: after 20 minutes on hold were not helpful. However I was refunded a partial payment for the faded area rug. This is my last experience with BBB both in-store or on-line. Retail only get two chances to disappoint me.

  I went to check out and was mentioning how I hoped they had had 1 more if something I was looking for. My cashier Dorothy I believe was her name, gorgeous eyes, she said let me go check and see for you, she called for a backup cashier, and assisted me. She went above and beyond and I so appreciate her doing so. She was so kind too and she deserves a raise y'all.

  The Container Store consistently delivers an outstanding shopping experience. From the incredible selection of products to the inspiring displays and helpful staff, it’s a place that makes organization feel simple and fun. Bill is a huge part of what makes this store so special. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. What stands out most is his consistently positive attitude, he greets everyone with a smile and makes customers feel genuinely valued. His dedication to exceptional service never goes unnoticed, and every visit is better because of him. Thank you, Bill, for always making customers feel welcome and appreciated!

  This store is fantastic! All the employees were beyond helpful! Emma in particular is a total rockstar! She walked me through the store, helped me come up with solutions for my small business considering my small budget as well. Really spent her time with me. Helped me find the perfect organizers for my stationary business. Even went as far as double checking the back for extra stock and making sure the price was correct. I already started setting up the containers and I so happy with how organized it’s all ready looking! Bill helped me checkout and was super kind as well. I thought the container store would be way out of price range but I am pleasantly surprised. Definitely will be coming back in!
