  Great service! Representative that came out today could not have done a better job. He was very patient with me and he explained thoroughly all points of the service and then did a thorough job exterminating my house and yard area . I’m always guarded for good reason and this turned out to be something. I’m very pleased to have chosen.

  Aptive promises complimentary re-treatment if you see bugs between regular service calls. I have scheduled re-treatments three times, and each time, the technician was no show / no call. I tried to call and cancel the contract, but was transferred to an agent with such a heavy accent that I could not understand what he was saying. Aptive is trying to bill me $200 for canceling the contract after they have repeatedly failed to perform under the terms of the contract. By failing to perform, they have voided the contract and, therefore, the contract's provision for a $200 cancellation fee. Avoid this company at all costs.

  The young man who came out today for our cockroach issue was excellent. He was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated that he called about 30 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall.

  Customer Satisfaction Louis met all of our expectations of what an Aptive representative on the job should be while treating our homes interior and exterior. "His professionalism is unmatched!!!" He is the absolute BEST spray professional that has EVER sprayed our home from Aptive!!!   So the agent hung up when I specifically asked her to send me to the survey line because she knew I was going to leave 1 star. Aptiv has a great product. I don’t have any insects, pest etc however you need the patience is a stain to deal with their customer service. There agents have a service window of 8am-5pm and if you aren’t home they will spray the outside and then charge you for a full service. You then have to spend an hour on the phone with them to come do a free reservice because who wants to pay for an uncompleted service. They are also notorious for not showing up! They will also tell you that you are on one plan for 4 treatments a year but somehow they are coming nearly every month and again they will bill you first and dodge your questions later. Some of their agents aren’t well trained and will spray very little product for a couple minutes and then leave unless you are around and they see you watching. It’s so frustrating working with them. All of their customer service reps are oversees and uncoordinated. No one takes notes and knows what’s going on but meanwhile your getting charged. The ONLY reason I haven’t cancelled is because the product is good and even with that in tempted to just go with home defense and spray at my leisure. Great product from a company with deplorable, unreliable customer service and pest control agents! Godspeed if you can put up with it.
