The pest control service itself is fine. The administration at this company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. They show up with no notice and then expect you to drop wherever you’re doing to run home. They refuse to provide an option to schedule on a particular day, even though they claim they have this option. To top it off when I canceled my service moving forward with the technician, I found out two months later that my account was still active and now they are demanding payment for services I canceled months ago. Use literally ANY other company.

I'm not sure who you are but we do not use your company, I saw a sign in my yard just a little while ago.. think you have the wrong property. You are not supposed to be here. What kind of stuff did you spray in my yard. I believe this is illegal.

They usually do a great job the last time a younger fellow came out. I usually have an older gentleman and he always make sure he does the screen room where the pool cage is. I don’t think it got done this time. I would like to request the older gentleman that usually does my pest control in the future.

Really a zero star! PLEASE BEWARE- this company is extremely unethical and dishonest!!!
They came to my door and about 5 of my other neighbors door and stated that the service was a one time service of $50 - NO CONTRACT
A month later I get a text stating that I have a service scheduled in 2 weeks. I called the company to inquire because I know I didn’t sign up for monthly service. The company advised me that the rep signed me up for 24 months of service without my consent. They admitted they know that this person did this and they have refused to cancel the contract - they only offered to reduce to 12 months at a monthly payment of $29!!
They admitted this person is unethical, lied and mislead their customers and they refused to cancel the contract. I will be seeking legal action. This is my warning to anyone out there - DO NOT SiGN UP for anything! They took my signature and used it to sign up for a 24 months contract I did not agree to.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
